acceptable stay but with a snag
the welcome the room the bathroom i booked 2 adults 2 kids i slept with my son in a single bed because there was only room for 3 people the hotel is old it didn't match the photos on internet

delicious dinner nice ambiance easy access
my stay included a golden wedding anniversary celebration, the perfect setting for such an event. the dinner at the restaurant was delicious and the ambiance very nice. the hotel provides easy access to local shops and the beach!).
the hotel was undergoing building works, and i wasn't made aware of this beforehand, though it didn't overly affect my stay.

i had an excellent dinner at the restaurant, with a diverse menu with fresh, high-quality ingredients. the service was attentive, and the presentation of the dishes was very excellent. the restaurant also offered a great selection of wines.

the beautiful double room was clean and warm, equipped with everything i needed for a comfortable stay. it included a comfortable bed with nice, soft linens and multiple pillows. a coffee machine was available with coffee and tea.

the staff was friendly and helpful, particularly at reception. the hotel was proactive in addressing any needs that i had.

the hotel has a fantastic location near the sea and high street. i walked just five minutes to the cliffs, with easy access to local cafes. the hotel is also close to a lovely restaurant.

pleasant seaside experience
excellent location dedicated parking efficient staff
The location was excellent with dedicated parking available. i found the staff helpful. They answered my questions efficiently. their responses were informative and quick i appreciate that. the service provided was really commendable.
I noticed the heating was on despite the warm weather outside. It became quite uncomfortable. i wasn't informed about ongoing building works before my arrival which was a surprise. this was not reflected in the cost of my stay.

the on-site restaurant had excellent food choices for dinner. the breakfast buffet included fresh fruit juices and pastries. the bar offered a variety of cocktails with skilled bartenders.

my standard double room included a king-size bed with high-quality linens. there was a television with multiple channels and streaming services available. the room also had a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary drinks.

the reception staff helped me with local information and directions. housekeeping cleaned the room daily, providing fresh towels. i used the concierge service to book tickets for a local show.

executive suite good pressure incoherent receptionist poor signage
the executive double suite was spacious. the shower was excellent, it had good water pressure (i didn't have any issues rinsing my hair).
The receptionist seemed almost non coherent at check-in (i wasn't impressed). the reception area wasn't clearly signed. I walked up and down twice with luggage.
