the location offers gorgeous views with the mere behind and the golf course surrounding the hotel. the dining room faces the golf course, and the service during dinner and breakfast was excellent. i enjoyed the food .
there was a damp, musty smell present as i walked down the stairs to my room. i also noticed it inside the room itself. the bathroom panel needed replacement, and there was black mould around the bath.

i found the room size wonderful and very clean. there was a nice view across the fairways. breakfast was excellent!!! i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the carpark was very close to my room, a bonus.
i noticed the rooms and amenities are a bit frayed at the edges due the age of the building.

the breakfast had a huge choice, and it was possible to mix and match items. the sunday lunch was excellent, too. the food was AMAZING!!! and every dish was prepared with care.

the hotel is in a historical golf club, still popular with golfers playing the course. it is in a great location near the sea. this made it easy to explore the coast.
