the staff was friendly. alisha, demi and becca were always on hand with a smile. they were willing to go the extra mile to. the service at the bar was always great even when things got busy.

the rooms all look out over the road and have inefficient double glazing. i spent the night listening to the traffic. hot water took around 10 mins to come through to the shower.

the room was quite warm. the air conditioning seemed ineffective and did not adequately cool the space. also, there was a charge for parking, this was unexpected and detracted from the overall experience.
