The staff offered a warm welcome. The hotel provided a complimentary bottle of wine and cake to the room. The massage at the spa was lovely. The hotel is very clean and tidy.
My room only had two tea bags, limiting me to just one cup of tea each.

The bus stop is directly in front of the hotel. DLR, rail, and buses are right outside the hotel. The center is easily accessed because of this convenient transport accessibility.

I found the decor quite interesting with its eclectic mix of art and furniture. Breakfast offered a superb selection, including Asian and Mediterranean options. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed their attention to detail (a very cute team!).
My room's window faced a street light, making the room bright at night, though not a major issue.

I adored the exquisite floral arrangements at the entrance. They felt so cute. the oil portraits added a unique, artistic touch that i appreciated. the common spaces were filled with captivating objects. i especially loved the terrace garden, it had vibrant plants and soothing jazz music.
The road outside was quite busy, and i did notice some noise, especially during peak hours. it wasn't a major issue, but i did find it slightly distracting at times. A quieter room might be preferable for light sleepers.

The room was clean, which I expected for the price.
The staff was not particularly helpful. It took multiple calls and almost an hour to get an iron, even though the room description said it included one. the minibar wasn't working and I had to ask twice to get it fixed, inconvenient.
