the breakfast was substantial. the room was clean. i found parking plentiful. i appreciated the communal lounge.

the hotel is a fifteen-minute walk to the centre. it sits next to a busy main road. despite its location, the road noise did not affect my stay. i found its location convenient.

The hotel's location is good, being a short walk to the city center. Parking at the hotel was ample. I found the breakfast substantial and enjoyable. The communal lounge offered a nice space to relax.
The water temperature in the shower was temperamental. Some damage was visible around the skirting board outside the shower as a result of water. Our room felt too warm, because of a hot pipe running through it, impacting sleep GREATLY.

the staff came out in the rain to direct us. breakfast was cooked to order and quite reasonable. it included gluten free options and vegan options.
the entrance was not clear to me. the door was shut and had no direction to reception. the receptionist ignored me until she was ready to serve me and had a very cold attitude not cute at all.
