the rooms were new, clean, and sleek (i especially liked the modern design). the hotel is located near many trains and the shinjuku area, so it was easy to get around.

the staff were friendly i thought this was acceptable

my room was small there wasn't much space for luggage i also found the soundproofing poor i could hear noise from the hallway it bothered me
