the room had plenty of space for luggage, helpful.
the front desk staff seemed undertrained and i felt they didn't handle guest interactions well. their english proficiency seemed lacking, particularly during night shifts. i suspected they were talking about me after i complained, even though they spoke in japanese. it made me uncomfortable.

good locationtraffic noiseinsufficient insulation
location is pretty good because major areas and tourist attractions are about 30 min by metro. moving around was quite easy.
It is right over the expressway that follows the river. Traffic noise is difficult to ignore. i couldn't even make a phone call on the terrace outside, it was so noisy. something needs to be done to insulate the building.
