I found the check-in process impersonal, relying on a screen interface with minimal human interaction. The room cleanliness was substandard, with a noticeable cigarette smell despite being a non-smoking room. the reception staff was disengaged and prioritized ending conversations over providing assistance.

The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to disneyland and disneysea. I found a convenience store on the second level, very useful. The hotel is in a quiet spot close to train stations. The hotel is also near the scenic area of the bay, which has some good restaurants and shopping.
The ac wasn't great. It felt warmer with the ac on.

The air conditioning was not effective. The room felt stuffy. i found old socks under the bed, and the microwave area was not clean. these details detracted from what could have been a much better experience. i hope they address these issues soon..

The staff are so helpful. They try to answer every question i had! housekeeping cleaned every three days, but fresh towels were available upon request (so convenient!). the hotel's location is perfect. It is so close to transportation, teamlab, and odaiba beach.
the air conditioning was centralized, so i could not fully control the room temperature to my liking.

my room had a well-sized bed! it was very comfortable. the room included amenities like a tv with international channels, a mini-fridge, and a kettle for making tea or coffee.

There is a convenience store inside the hotel, and two more right outside. i used the self-service luggage storage. It made exploring easier after checking out. the airport limousine bus stops directly at the hotel, super convenient.

The breakfast buffet had a good spread of options. I found both japanese and western dishes. there are multiple food places near the hotel, so i never had trouble finding something to eat. the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).
