The location near London Bridge made it easy to walk from the train station. I enjoyed the rooftop terrace.. I found the staff very friendly and helpful.
The gym only has a few pieces of equipment.

this hotel is in a quiet part of the city, near st paul's cathedral. the staff were helpful (i really felt welcomed). the room decor was beautiful with some extras i appreciated. the location is great with easy access to the tube.
The minibar only had water and coke. I would've preferred a broader selection, even if i had to pay extra for it.

The breakfast choice was very good and included several options. i visited the rooftop terrace for dinner. It offered great views. the lower-ground-floor cocktail bar is an intimate hidden gem (a real treat!).

the beautiful double room was a good size and had everything i needed. it included interesting books with local information. the bed was comfortable and i slept well. newspapers and magazines were on display.

I was pleased they allowed an early check-in. I also got a complimentary upgrade. The room was beautifully decorated. It included complimentary snacks and drinks.
The shower design allowed water to spill onto the bathroom floor regardless of care taken.
