the front desk manager was super helpful!!! the rooms were beautiful and roomy. i could easily walk to many shops from here. the location is excellent!!!
the elevator was a little small, making it necessary for us to take separate trips when handling luggage.

the location was perfect for sightseeing. it was near shops and several restaurants. the staff helped with directions and recommendations. my room had effective blackout blinds and air conditioning that worked. i found the bed very comfortable.
I found the facilities quite small. The shower especially felt a bit cramped.

central location major attraction short walk good improvement
the location is great and very central. i could easily walk to major attractions from here! the louvre museum was a short walk. i also enjoyed the nearby cafés and patisseries.
the tv in my room was outdated and could use an upgrade.

excellent location friendly staff high quality housekeeping small facilities tiny shower limited tv channels
the location is excellent everything is within walking distance. the staff were friendly ready to help. the housekeeping was of high quality the room was cleaned every day.
the facilities were very small the shower was tiny i couldn't stand up in it. the tv had no english channels there were no smart options. the elevator couldn't fit luggage i had to make separate trips.

the staff were very nice and helpful. i liked that the location was near many places, like the opera and the louvre.
my room was hot, so i opened the windows. this made it noisy outside because i could hear a lot.
