I found the location convenient. It was very close to the cathedral. many restaurants are nearby. the staff was helpful and friendly. i would definitely stay here again.
The elevator was quite small. It could only fit a few people at a time.

the location was perfect, steps away from the cathedral. i found plenty of restaurants and shops in immediate proximity. the staff were friendly and always ready to help, this.
my room was quite small and felt a bit cramped. storage for luggage was minimal, it was hard to move freely with my suitcase.

The hotel location was amazing. It allowed quick access to many attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided useful information about local tours, and I bought one of their room sprays. It had a very pleasant scent. I really enjoyed the fresh breakfast with its many options.

uneven experience near cathedral
small roomfaulty air conditioning
the room i booked was a small double room and felt cramped. there weren't space to keep our luggage and the furniture seems old. the air conditioning didn't seem to work well, so the room stayed too warm at night. i also noticed a strange smell in the bathroom some times.
