The room was very clean, and i liked the turndown service with fresh towels each evening. the hotel is in a great spot, close to the river, restaurants, and shops. the staff were accommodating and helpful. i appreciated the easter chocolate bunny on my pillow. It was a nice touch.

Breakfast was expensive. The choices could be more varied.

The staff was friendly and ready to help. They promptly addressed requests. front desk staff assisted with restaurant reservations, which simplified our planning. the main entrance staff was cute when we arrived by taxi. They handled luggage efficiently. i found the service really good.

I had a frustrating experience. our room had a severe issue with insects. It was unacceptable. i told the staff about the spider invasion, but they were rude. they blamed me for opening the windows even though they suggested it first. It was annoying.

The room service was a miss. I placed an order through their app and received a confirmation, but nothing arrived. I contacted the front desk. They said the order was sent to the wrong room due to a typo in the app. The hotel did not contact me despite having my contact information. I found this quite annoying! They told me I would be charged regardless, even though the hotel emphasizes guest support. I found this reaction quite frustrating.
