Acceptable Stay with Preventable Issues

The hotel is near a train and tram stop, convenient for getting around. The location allowed for easy walks to the cathedral.

The breakfast quality disappointed me. The hot food was cold and some food had wasps. The air conditioning unit made a very loud noise and had to be turned off to sleep. This made the room get quite hot.

central location spacious room helpful staff

The location is PERFECT. The city center and tram stations are within walking distance. The room was spacious and included a kettle with daily tea replenishment and a fridge. The staff were very cute and helpful. I really enjoyed the stay.

The air conditioning was too loud and not easy to work. The shower head did not stay on its holder. It requires some maintenance. The room had signs of overuse. the service team responded immediately.

The location was amazing. I walked easily to major attractions! the staff were good and always ready to assist with a smile. my room was clean and the bathroom boasted funky, modern taps. i appreciated the convenient transport options nearby too!
