convenient location luggage lockers
The location was convenient. It was right across from the train station, and a quick walk got me to the city center. i found the left luggage lockers especially useful as they allowed me to securely store my belongings.
loud hammering started early in the morning, and it was difficult to relax in the room

The staff were very helpful. the rooms are quite clean and well-kept. i appreciate that they provide luggage storage. It was very useful for me. the hotel has a good breakfast selection each morning.
The temperature control required contacting reception. I would have preferred individual controls in the room.

missing refrigerator insufficient insulation
My stay had issues. the room lacked basic amenities. I noticed there was no refrigerator. also, there was a noticeable lack of proper sound insulation. i could clearly hear noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway! this impacted the overall quality.

attentive staff convenient location complimentary coffee
i was very happy with my stay. the staff were attentive and helpful. the hotel's location across from the train station made getting around super simple, and i appreciated the discounted parking nearby. the complimentary coffee in the breakfast room was a nice touch!
the bathroom was a little dated, though very clean.
