modern suite pleasant staff supportive staff
the location had proximity to many malls like pavilion mall. the metro station was also near, very convenient. our suite was very clean and modern with all the amenities we needed. the staff were very pleasant and supportive.
the breakfast was somewhat limited, though nice.

good variety convenient location loose showerhead difficult door
the breakfast included a good variety. the gym was big, and the swimming pool was very clean. i liked that the train stop was just in front of the hotel. the hotel location is very convenient, within the bukit bintang shopping district next to lot 10.
the shower head was loose. it almost struck me when i turned the water on. the sliding door to the toilet was difficult to close. the toilet lid repeatedly fell onto my back.
