I liked the TV a lot. It shows how full the public bath and restaurant are, so cool. It also shows if washing machines are free and the time left. What a great feature. Breakfast had Japanese and continental options so anyone can find food there. I enjoyed the convenience a lot.

I really didnt like that daily house cleaning wasn't included. I didn't liked when I asked for extra tea and they seemed unhappy to give it to me. It was like they are cutting costs everywhere, such a shame. This turned the hotel into more like a budget stay.

The onsen offered a relaxing experience. The breakfast included a very diverse selection of tasty dishes. The hotel's proximity to the train station was convenient. It made travel very easy. I found the reception area's display items to be beautiful and quite interesting.

The specified cleaning days seemed inflexible. It would have been good to have more control over room cleaning.

The front desk agents were polite. They were pretty good too assist me. The staff provided quick and helpful service. They were always available to answer my questions.

The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied. There were plenty of choices available. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries. I found a lot of amazing flavors at every breakfast.
