spacious room harbour view room availability communication issue
the room was spacious. it also featured a fabulous harbour view. the hotel is just a short walk from north point mtr station. i found it a good stay overall.
i had some room availability issues. i requested a higher floor but was told the highest available room was on the 7th floor. communication was also an issue as very few staff members spoke cantonese. i found that difficult.

mixed feelings about the stay
poor service unhelpful staff
the room had a good harbour view, acceptable.
the service felt very average i asked for salt to add to the food, and they charged me 20hkd i have stayed in many hotels before they were never this unhelpful. the staff did not readily accommodate requests.

tram terminal amazing food modern facility
i liked the location near the tram terminal that provides frequent services to piers. the food was great with amazing breakfast lunch and dinner options. the facilities were modern compared to others around kowloon so that was a plus.
the service at the rooftop bar felt a little slow.

amazing harbour views
harbour view international food clean bed
The breakfast area offered an interesting view of the harbour and the overpass. i found the international food options to be varied. the room had a convenient size, complete with nice views of the harbor. the bed was comfy. It was clean.
communication was a little difficult, as very few staff members spoke my language. i was initially greeted in another language.

24-hour gym convenient sauna average service 20 hkd
the location was good. a subway station outside made getting around easy. the 24-hour gym was also convenient. i liked the sauna and steam room with complimentary towels.
i found a couple of issues. the service was average. when i requested salt for the kids, i was charged 20 hkd. i was put off by this.

fantastic harbour view stay
public transport ferry port
i found the room quite clean and new. public transport access was very convenient. it was only a couple of minutes walk to the ferry port. the north point tube stop and tram stops were also close.
the air conditioning was loud. it made sleeping a bit difficult. the noise disrupted the overall peacefulness of the room.

the location were convenient, especially with the proximity to transport choices. a bus stop is steps away. i find lots of dining and shop options nearby. the victoria harbour view from room was amazing and it add a special touch.
the pool area had a small area for sitting, i found it slightly limiting.
