superb locationnice staffhuge room
i found the location superb. staff were very accommodating and nice. the room itself was huge. i liked the nice atmosphere. i appreciate its central location and shopping attractions.
finding my reservation took a while. the phone receiver had cleaning fluid. housekeeping said it was probably just disinfectant.

excellent stay at this venetian style resort

i appreciated the shuttle service because it offered excellent transportation options. sam 80592 and chali 181517 welcomed me warmly and stored my luggage. they provided free bottled water and sweets and i found that very thoughtful.

the location is in the cotai area and i found the free shuttles convenient for reaching other hotels. access to casinos is easy and it is close to shopping areas, a real benefit. overall, a good central location.

there are four swimming pools available and i liked having a choice. the gym had varied equipment that suited my needs. i also noticed the hotel provides many activities for visitors and everything seems designed for a grand experience.

i experienced in room dining and considered it great. the hotel did provide a variety of options but i mainly used the in house facilities. many guests seemed to appreciate the range of european and chinese cuisines available to them.

william 55886 provided a good service. jeff and alex, the bellhops were excellent and helpful i will say. jeffrey assisted me with directions and procedures and i found all staff courteous and willing to assist guests , made things run smoothly.
