an oasis of care
modern decor well stocked mini bar thoughtful touch comfortable bed
the staff showed genuine care i received a complimentary upgrade to a club 36 king room city view it featured modern decor the room included a well stocked mini bar with complimentary beverages and snacks i found this room good. i particularly appreciated the dyson hairdryer provided in the bathroom it was a thoughtful touch of luxury the bed was comfortable assuring restful sleep. the room's lighting system was sophisticated allowing me to adjust ambiance easily
the gym, though well equipped, became quite crowded during peak hours i occasionally had to wait for access to certain equipment. this was a minor inconvenience during an otherwise seamless stay.

rude staff poor atmosphere
the location was acceptable being close to the shopping area.
I found the lobby cafe staff quite rude and rushed. this behavior created a poor atmosphere upon arrival. the facilities were alright but not overly special. It is not a normal 5-star experience.

a tender echo in time
room design water dance attentive staff
i adored the room's design it was a club 36 king room partial harbour view. every morning, i watched the water dance with light. the staff, they were so attentive, they anticipated every need. the breakfasts were an absolute delight, so many choices, i felt spoiled.
the elevators, they seemed slow. sometimes, i waited a little long to get to the lobby.

the concierge assisted with bookings and transportation, always smiling. housekeeping was perfect, rooms were refreshed quickly and discreetly. the service felt genuinely warm, not just efficient.

the gym had modern equipment, i found everything i needed for my routine. the pool area was calm, sunlight sparkled on the water. the lounge on the upper floor was exclusive, it provided fine city views.

breakfast featured many selections, i found both asian and western options. the restaurants offered exquisite meals, the chefs created nice tastes. the bar was stylish, drinks were expertly crafted, a perfect end to my days.

Very nice Harbour View and Service!
harbour view amazing view
I received a complimentary upgrade to a 180 harbour view room at the front desk. The view of Victoria Harbour from East of the Island to Wan Chai was fine. I could also see the city view from East Kowloon to Hung Ham. It was amazing.

unfriendly hostess false advertising
The breakfast buffet had many food options. It was vegetarian-friendly.
I had booked a room with early check-in, but it was not available. the hostess at the reception was not friendly at all. She did not smile. she told me that nothing is guaranteed, even if it is on the reservation. she also said that my room would not be ready until 2 p.m.!!!

Wonderful Stay With Excellent Service
good staff birthday plate free breakfast delicious food
The staff were good. Steve professionnaly explain the dishes at restaurant. Kelvin drew a birthday plate for our dinner. The environment in hotel was amazing. The Club level got us free breakfast, afternoon tea, and happy hours. Minibar included red wine, white wine, beer, M&Ms, and nuts.
I requested a clean of our room. One item of clothing go missing, and they could not find it.

I found super nice food with drink and environment here. The semi buffet in Green have many starter and dessert. The seafood platter was large and excellent and waiting for us after back to table.

Staff are polite and very courteous here. Hotel Icon prides itself in ensuring clients are happy and well taken care of. Anthony, Kelvin, Yumi, and Louis provided me with a thoughtful birthday dinner and gave me a cake.

The location its top. This hotel have excellent pool, gym and general ambiance. Club 38 is a very good formula whenever in the day you need to chill at the 28th floor Club.
