Very nice Harbour View and Service!

I received a complimentary upgrade to a 180 harbour view room at the front desk. The view of Victoria Harbour from East of the Island to Wan Chai was fine. I could also see the city view from East Kowloon to Hung Ham. It was amazing.

The breakfast buffet had many food options. It was vegetarian-friendly.
I had booked a room with early check-in, but it was not available. the hostess at the reception was not friendly at all. She did not smile. she told me that nothing is guaranteed, even if it is on the reservation. she also said that my room would not be ready until 2 p.m.!!!

Wonderful Stay With Excellent Service

The staff were good. Steve professionnaly explain the dishes at restaurant. Kelvin drew a birthday plate for our dinner. The environment in hotel was amazing. The Club level got us free breakfast, afternoon tea, and happy hours. Minibar included red wine, white wine, beer, M&Ms, and nuts.
I requested a clean of our room. One item of clothing go missing, and they could not find it.

I found super nice food with drink and environment here. The semi buffet in Green have many starter and dessert. The seafood platter was large and excellent and waiting for us after back to table.

Staff are polite and very courteous here. Hotel Icon prides itself in ensuring clients are happy and well taken care of. Anthony, Kelvin, Yumi, and Louis provided me with a thoughtful birthday dinner and gave me a cake.

The location its top. This hotel have excellent pool, gym and general ambiance. Club 38 is a very good formula whenever in the day you need to chill at the 28th floor Club.
