hotel location is central and close to many attractions. the harbour view from the room is excellent. the vip lounge supervisor were very helpful to guests. staff provided assistance with transport needs.

i was so happy with concierge dan! he found my backpack super fast. the room was super clean and had a awesome harbour view. breakfast at the club lounge had tons of yummy options. we ate birthday dinner at the chinese restaurant in the hotel. the staff are great about the cake and candles.

The location proved convenient with the MTR only minutes away. The rooftop view delivered iconic scenes from the city. The experience at the top floor WAS amazing. i enjoyed the service throughout the hotel. i found the restaurant and drinks up there really good.
