the hotel is conveniently connected to a shopping mall and the mtr station allowing easy access around the area. staff members were always pleasant and provided excellent service. they readily stored our luggage upon early arrival prior to check-in. the availability of phone chargers was also appreciated.

the hotel provides convenient access to the mtr and a shopping mall. the pool is notably large, with a relaxing environment . a gym and sauna are available on the 8th floor.

rooms are spacious with clean facilities. i found the room design quite comfortable and well-appointed. the bathroom had satisfactory features, though it lacked a separate shower room.

the staff demonstrates friendliness and really good helpfulness. i noticed their polite and thoughtful demeanor. they consistently offered their best service to accommodate guests s making it a positive experience.

the room was spacious and clean, acceptable.
I was disappointed that the pre-arrival registration process was not smooth. I received a message to scan a qr code with a robot, but no robot existed upon arrival, the staff member at the counter was unwelcoming, and unprofessional.
