fantastic facilities nice room excellent service
the hotel boasts fantastic facilities. the rooms are very nice. the main pool is amazing. breakfast was very good and the restaurant service was excellent!

loud music pushy staff
I found the music by the pool too loud. It played from noon to evening. staff pushed expensive drinks and food constantly. This felt excessive and unpleasant.

The check-in was super fast! the staff at the pool were great and helpful. the food was fantastic, i particularly enjoyed poolside snacks. They were delicious. the concierge team was very helpful, especially manuel, eva and titto who booked everything i wanted.
The service was a little disappointing compared to what i've experienced before. mistakes in orders occurred and some drinks didn't arrive. The cocktails weren't always up to standard.

Breakfast offers numerous options and felt healthy. the teyo restaurant offers delicious plates, with a nikki-inspired atmosphere. You feel welcomed here. valet parking is available, very convenient if you have a car.

fresh option best coffee enjoyable atmosphere
The breakfast had fresh options. the coffee stood out as the best i had on the island. the daily dj by the pool created an enjoyable atmosphere! the poolside staff were always ready to assist. I appreciated their attentiveness.
The phone in my room did not work. they could reach me, but i could not reach them. the bedding bothered me. The duvet was split into two sheets. i did not sleep well there

The room design had a great aesthetic. cleanliness was good. The rooms were well-kept. i liked the sea view. It enhanced the room's appeal, though the speaker didn't work.

the pool area offered a wonderful vibe with music and set djs. live performances created an enjoyable atmosphere.

The location worked well. It allowed walking to other spots. cala gracionetta was easily accessible from there. the hotel's proximity to excellent restaurants was a definite advantage. Though the parking was expensive.
