staff at the restaurant were really friendly. santiago was always helpful. aziz and his chefs made amazing food. there was a big selection of everything. beds in the room were good. the animation team was excelent. anastasija, alberto and mauro were kind.
music around the pool was loud. it made relaxing hard.

the restaurant staff were all amazing. santiago and cipri elevated the dining experience. they were always smiling and chatting with guests. i also found the location advantageous with easy access to the beach.
the room cleaning was substandard. a previous guest's hair was present on the linens. i also observed chipped edges on the sink in the bathroom. securing a sunbed by the pool required an early start.

Check-in was efficient, and the staff accommodated my room request without issues. The pool was clean and well-kept. I liked that the hotel provided easy access to the beach. It was very convenient. Santiago and Alberto were very attentive in the dining area.

I spent several nights at this hotel and i enjoyed it. the staff was so helpful and friendly, especially santiago in the restaurant. He was always cheerful. i really liked the direct sea access the hotel provides (a very cool feature!). the variety of food was tasty. There were new options every day.
the walls are thin and i could hear noise from neighboring rooms. this made it difficult to sleep well. the location is also quite loud at times.
