traffic noisetiny ensuite
The room faced the main road so noise was a problem. The ensuite was also tiny the shower was almost impossible to use. There was no cooked breakfast option either. The bedroom door couldn't be dead locked securely from the inside it felt a bit unsafe

The room was super clean with all facilities considered. Breakfast included a really nice and varied selection (i ESPECIALLY liked the homemade jams!). The location is great for walking into town or driving to the beach. Onsite parking facilities are available.
I stayed in a small room, and the ensuite was also quite small, so it was difficult to move around.

The staff offered a friendly welcome upon arrival, and they were helpful in sorting everything out. A welcome pack provided upon check-in was a lovely personal touch. I really APPRECIATED this.

Breakfast offered a great selection of continental items, including delicious homemade food. There were lots of options, and it was very relaxing being able to help ourselves. Fresh fruit WAS included too.

The location had free parking, definitely a plus. It had a good position, a short walk from the railway station and the town center. Bus stops are nearby too.

Really good Stay Near Christchurch

I stayed for one night and found the location very convenient. It was an easy walk to both town and the Quay. Room 4, in the annex, was well decorated. The bed was massive and comfortable. The large bathroom was well appointed. I also appreciated the adequate parking at the front of the hotel. This meant no long walk with luggage.
I noticed the breakfast was continental and self-served, I found the selection pleasant enough, though I usually prefer a cooked option.

The room included ironing facilities. There was also a Nespresso machine plus a kettle. The ensuite shower was spacious. It was clean and nicely appointed. All clear and easy to use.

The breakfast offered cereal, fruit, yoghurt and juice. I saw bread, pastries, meat, cheese and smoked salmon available to me. Various coffees and teas were also ready. It was all self-serve.

The hotel is just over a five minute walk from the station. It takes about fifteen minutes to walk to the town centre. Buses stop right outside the hotel. I observed easy access to Bournemouth and other areas.

the location is amazing i found i could easily walk to the high street. the welcome pack had tons of useful information i did appreciate that. my room a superior double room was clean and ready. breakfast provided a varied selection, it was really nice.
The road was a bit noisy at the front of the hotel. It was noticeable in my room.

personal touchfriendly staff
I appreciated the complimentary welcome pack at check-in. It had personal touches. onsite parking facilities were also very convenient. i found it easy to walk into christchurch or drive to the beach. the staff offered friendly service.
