the staff checked me in quickly a minor win for efficiency
the air conditioning barely worked it just blew lukewarm air around the room i might as well have been fanning myself with a magazine also the noise from the hallway kept me awake all night doors slamming and people shouting it sounded like a frat party not exactly the peaceful getaway i was hoping for

The room lacked air conditioning. I found that this affected sleep. The ventilation system seemed terrible. Breathing in the room was difficult.

the location is great with easy access to public transport. the underground station is just in front (very handy!). the breakfast was good and exceeded my expectations. the family room worked well for my needs.
the room had a strange smell upon arrival. staff did address it quickly with an air freshener.

the room was very clean. the staff was polite and helpful. a parking space provided a big convenience!!! it was very close to the metro station, buses, and trams.
i noticed some slight stains on the carpets here and there.
