i received an unexpected upgrade to a larger room. the staff were helpful and accommodating throughout my visit. the valet parking service was convenient and efficient.
I found the room to be quite hot, even with the double-glazed windows. Noise from outside, including shouting and disturbances near the war memorial, affected sleep quality.

the staff was amazing upon arrival. a member of staff parked my car, and this relieved me of the parking concerns. i ate both an evening meal and breakfast in the restaurant, and the meals were delicious. my room was beautiful, spacious, and clean.
My room windows faced a taxi rank and a war memorial. Therefore, it was noisy at night.
