poor staffslanted ceiling
right from the start, it was like the staff were not the most cute (i expected better service). the slanted ceiling above the beds was also annoying, i kept hitting my head.

the location proved convenient. it was easy to get around.
The room needed some attention. there were cleanliness issues with the carpet. the air conditioning barely worked. It stayed too warm.

the hotel location offered easy access to public transport. i found a grocery store and several bakeries very close to the hotel. the cleaning crew did a good job each day, which i appreciated.
the receptionist asked unnecessary questions at check-in. i found no complimentary water in the room and the minibar prices seemed high. i thought the hotel was overpriced for what it offered.

i found a very clean, big beautiful room. the ac system functioned perfectly. there was a safe in the room. sockets were conveniently placed by the bed. the toiletries provided were of good quality.
The room door was slightly damaged. The noise of people walking in front of the room was audible more than i expected.

The reception staff offered useful restaurant recommendations. I thought they were great. the breakfast staff were professional and helpful. a particular lady at reception was particularly friendly, giving us plenty of tips.

the hotel provides access to a spa. the sauna was excellent, and it was a favourite. the hotel is comfortably placed near tram and metro stations. i observed plenty of supermarkets and cafes nearby.

the hotel location was superb. i walked to a metro station in only five minutes. my room was also very quiet. i really enjoyed how comfortable and clean it was.
