warm welcome perfect tour seamless service dedicated staff member
I was greeted with unparalleled warmth and attentiveness. The concierge arranged a perfect tour and addressed every detail. The staff anticipated needs before I voiced them, and they provided a seamless service. When I departed for a very early flight, a dedicated staff member escorted me through the airport for assistance.
The hot water pressure in the shower fluctuated slightly at times.

a charmed experience!
great service charming gardens special attention
I must say, the level of service was quite excellent. Everyone greeted me with a smile. always eager to help with any request. i particularly enjoyed the attention to detail, especially the pristine gardens. A lovely spot to relax.
The breakfast buffet was rather repetitive. It could benefit from more variety. i ended up having the same thing every morning, a bit uninspired. some additional options would be very appreciated!

the breakfast offered indian and international choices, however, the portions were rather generous. the food quality was consistently high across all meals and the restaurants. dining reminded me of a refined experience.

the pool area featured ample loungers and shaded spots, perfect for relaxation. the gym provided modern equipment, including treadmills and stationary bikes. the historical prints created a unique ambiance.

The room offered a separate sitting area and a well-stocked minibar. the bathroom included two sinks and a rainfall shower. So handy. housekeeping maintained an immaculate standard daily, a lovely thing.

my room, a deco suite, featured a large bathtub and separate shower. the BED was very comfortable and ensured restful sleep. the room also had a well stocked minibar with a variety of beverages and snacks.
the gym did not have enough free weights.

noise issue unpleasant smell
i encountered issues with noise, there was banging and sounds like furniture moving late at night and early morning i informed the staff, but they could not find the source i felt powerless. also, there was an unpleasant smell at the pool. i didn't feel i could relax.
