I was greeted with unparalleled warmth and attentiveness. The concierge arranged a perfect tour and addressed every detail. The staff anticipated needs before I voiced them, and they provided a seamless service. When I departed for a very early flight, a dedicated staff member escorted me through the airport for assistance.
The hot water pressure in the shower fluctuated slightly at times.

I must say, the level of service was quite excellent. Everyone greeted me with a smile. always eager to help with any request. i particularly enjoyed the attention to detail, especially the pristine gardens. A lovely spot to relax.
The breakfast buffet was rather repetitive. It could benefit from more variety. i ended up having the same thing every morning, a bit uninspired. some additional options would be very appreciated!

my room, a deco suite, featured a large bathtub and separate shower. the BED was very comfortable and ensured restful sleep. the room also had a well stocked minibar with a variety of beverages and snacks.

noise issueunpleasant smell
i encountered issues with noise, there was banging and sounds like furniture moving late at night and early morning i informed the staff, but they could not find the source i felt powerless. also, there was an unpleasant smell at the pool. i didn't feel i could relax.
