the lounge service felt amazing. rahul kumar and babar khan made excellent cocktails. i tried one and enjoyed it a lot. the ambience IS great, with decent food for dinner. This whole experience was quite good.

my club double or twin room felt a bit shabby, giving a slightly worn impression. a refurbishment might do some good.

Room service was prompt . Staff at breakfast were friendly. Mukul Kumar was very attentive to my needs while I visited the lounge. He ensured I had all the food and beverages I wanted.

I had booked for two rooms. I had requested interconnecting rooms and this was confirmed prior to my stay. At check in, I was told interconnecting rooms were unavailable and I had only one room booked. Housekeeping did not replenish the shower gels daily and did not empty the bathroom bins.
