rude staff expensive room service
The front desk staff seemed rude. I needed my room cards changed DAILY. They were ALWAYS broken! The room service prices were TOO expensive. I felt too much AC in the room.

good hospitality food quality central location
the lobby staff offered good hospitality and the food quality was commendable. wani from the lobby staff was especially nice. the location is beautiful and centrally located making it easily accessible.
the wi-fi speed wasn't very good.

good view charming ambience clean pool preferred breakfast
The room, specifically number 1722, provided a good view, near my office. the breakfast was nice. I found the ambience charming. i liked using the gym. the pool was clean and well kept, great for good exercise. the breakfast offerings suited my preferences.
the wifi was a little slow at times.

The staff was helpful and kind during my meetings. particularly taryamb stood out. He was very friendly and polite. his hospitality was appreciated, especially when i needed assistance. He was readily available.

The breakfast buffet provided a wide selection of choices every morning. i found the variety adequate and enjoyed the selection. the staff made sure the buffet was always well-stocked and clean. I appreciated the attention to detail.

The quiet room allowed for peaceful rest. I appreciated this. the bed was comfortable. I slept well. it also had a bathtub. I found that enjoyable. turndown service ensured the room was neat each evening.

i really liked the location. it made getting around so simple (i love to walk around!). the breakfast buffet had a lot of options. the staff was very helpful, too.
the coffee at the hotel was a little pricey for what i expected. the bathroom in the lobby could have been cleaner.
