i found the staff attentive and kind. the room was cleaned every day and i really appreciated the housekeeping team's thoroughness. mr lalit helped us often and his care.
i noticed some minor disorganization at the breakfast buffet with missing food labels.

The gym included treadmills and weights. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of choices. The staff were polite and attentive, always ready to assist. I found the room service delivery to be quick and efficient.. very helpful when I was tired.
The check-in process was somewhat slow upon arrival, with a slight wait before I was attended to.

a group of three reunited after nine years, choosing this venue for our brunch! the variety in the menu and the perfect service justified every penny spent. live music, resonating with our theme, and a cake slice with a sweet message made our reunion awesome! i plan to bring my family here soon for more lovely moments.
during a previous stay, the air conditioning was not effective, even after several attempts at repair. the room cooling was unsatisfactory, and the furniture looked worn and old, indicating the need for refurbishment.

the breakfast variety was acceptable.
Check-in was slow. I waited over 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me. the staff didn't seem friendly and seemed rushed. Likely because they were busy, only two people handled check-ins. the room key didn't work three times over two days, so i had to return to reception each time. this was quite inconvenient and frustrating.

I was happy to find the housekeeping team did a super clean job. every detail was well-organized and fresh. their hard work. The staff was also polite.
The hotel felt somewhat old. My bed was unfortunately sinking. electrical wires were exposed in the shower, which concerned me. the mini fridge had a bad smell, so i didn't use it at all.
