erratic temperatureunderwhelming tea
I must admit, the shower temperature was erratic . it fluctuated between hot and cold without warning, a invigorating experience (said with heavy sarcasm). also, i found the selection of tea bags in the room rather underwhelming. i expected more than just basic black tea at a place of this caliber. A wider variety would have been nice, perhaps some herbal options. the room service menu lacked some local specialities. i am slightly disappointed by the absence of authentic local dishes on offer.

i found the staff very attentive. i even had a scalp massage in the spa with oil that left my hair amazing the next day. the rooftop bar was a definite highlight (i had a wonderful cocktail).

the staff was courteous. the breakfast spread was large and delicious. i especially liked the breakfast a la carte menu (it had so many choices!). whenever i return, i would love to stay at this hotel again.
i found the elevator to be small. it seemed like the cart wheels kept hitting the door frame. it was hard to maneuver carts, potentially causing damage to luggage or the elevator itself.

my room had amazing features! the bed was comfortable. ample toiletries and towels were always available. i found fresh fruit in my room daily, so nice. the expansive layout provided a classy vibe to my stay.
The pastry shop downstairs was somewhat hidden. It could use better signage.

the staff provided quick room service. the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of indian dishes and pastries. i had a premier room plus, and it included a comfortable king-size bed and a separate seating area. the room was well-kept. and very clean
The mini-bar prices were high. I think the cost did not justify the offered products. the hotel gym, while adequate, felt a bit cramped during peak hours. More space would be better! also. I experienced slow wifi connectivity in certain areas of the hotel. it was troublesome when i needed to send some work emails.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable for restful sleep. I enjoyed a huge breakfast buffet. Talented chefs cooked fresh meals.
The service I received was mixed, I found the staff inattentive at times. The bellmen did not open the car door upon arrival. Staff seemed disengaged and preoccupied.
