poor communicationhaphazard cleaning
I was somewhat disappointed . there were issues with the room cleaning. It seemed like it was done haphazardly. additionally, the lack of clear communication from the staff was frustrating. I had to follow up multiple times to get answers. this level of service wasn't quite what i expected.

The gym was AMAZING!!! I found it very well equipped. The rooms were also beautiful and spacious. The technology available in the room was unique.
The restaurant staff was not friendly at all. They ignored me and were often rude.

i stayed in an executive premier room and found it quite spacious the bathroom included both a bathtub and a separate shower area the room also featured a well-stocked minibar i found that the bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep the air conditioning worked effectively maintaining a comfortable temperature. breakfast had a wide variety of options the omelet station was efficient and the chef prepared my omelet exactly as requested i also noticed a selection of fresh fruits pastries and local indian dishes available the staff seemed attentive and promptly refilled items. the hotel offered a range of amenities including a fitness center with modern equipment i observed several treadmills stationary bikes and weight machines the pool area was clean and well kept with sufficient lounge chairs and shaded areas.
the in-room dining menu was somewhat limited in options.
