inconsistent service marred the stay

slow check-inluggage mishap

The check-in process was really slow. despite emailing about the flower arrangement four days prior. It took almost two hours after i arrived for it to appear. the checkout was worse. i left my luggage to be put in my car but it never made it there. No one bothered to call me. i nearly missed my flight because of this carelessness.

i found the room cleanliness quite satisfactory. the bed linen felt crisp. the bathroom was very clean too. the transfer organization was fast and efficient.

the room was a little shabby. the sofa had cigarette burns. the safe inside the room did not work. i had difficulty using basic bathing amenities for the bathtub.

the room included a rainfall shower and two separate sinks. the fitness center had three treadmills and two stationary bikes.

the minibar prices were a little high , but i didn't mind too much.
