we loved the hotel. the twin room was very spacious with 2 large beds. the staff were excellent. we were so well looked after.
the in-room safe was located on a high shelf inside the wardrobe. this made it difficult to access for a person of my height.

i found the staff to be helpful and cheerful . the swimming pool, complete with a spa, sauna, and steam room, was a lovely addition. the grounds were beautiful , and i enjoyed the nearby walking routes. i found free car parking very convenient.
i noticed there was no walk in shower in the room, a bit disappointing. there also wasn't a toilet brush provided, which i felt was a miss. the duvet also seemed thin.

the breakfast buffet offered a great selection of items. i particularly enjoyed the walking path near the hotel , it was a lovely addition to my stay. the room provided was spacious and clean.
the lack of air-conditioning in the room was a bit of an issue for me, it made the room feel stuffy.

the staff members were friendly and always ready to assist with any requests i had, showing genuine kindness and attentiveness during my time there, it made my stay more enjoyable.

inconvenient socketpoor drink facilities
I encountered some issues . the room lacked usb sockets. the single 3-pin socket was inconveniently located near the skirting board under a piece of furniture.. this made charging devices difficult. also, the in-room drink facilities were poor. There were no fruit teas and only one small biscuit.
