separate sinks super clean service
The room included two separate sinks, which i found very practical. housekeeping was excellent. Everything was super clean each day.
the gym lacked enough free weights. i noticed only one bench.

great service friendly staff nice breakfast damp smell worn room rusted railing
Rajesh was excellent. he provided lovely burgers and great service at the level 10 pool bar. staff are super friendly and helpful. breakfast is nice. It had plenty of choice.
The hotel rooms seem to have a damp smell to them, i noticed. the rooms are also quite worn and in need of refurbishing. the balcony had a big metal spike sticking up from the floor, i saw. the railings were rusted badly. It was pretty awful.

convenient location large selection high standard family room
the location proved convenient. there were a small shopping center, restaurants, and bars nearby. the breakfast buffet offered a large selection. hygiene maintained a high standard across my room, common areas, and the restaurant.
the double beds felt a bit small. plug sockets were sparse in my premium family room, especially near the bed. we managed, but it wasn't ideal.

i found the staff friendly. they were professional. hotel managers were visible. their engagement had a positive impact on the hotel atmosphere. breakfast service was attentive.

clean room daily service gym access friendly staff
the room was clean. it had daily service. the gym access was convenient. it had various machines. i liked the multiple pool options. i was able to try the rooftop pool for a change of pace. the staff was friendly and helpful when i asked for directions.

pool grime dirty beach
I find the pool maintenance lacking. The overflow water around the pool's edge seemed dirty. Grime and mould were visible. The pool tiles felt grimy, and I could feel dirt on the bottom. The beach was not excellent either. It consisted of grit, not sand, and was quite littered.
