tram stopvaried breakfastfriendly staffwelcome drink
the hotel is conveniently located near a tram stop (it made getting around easy). the included breakfast was really varied and offered many options. the staff were friendly and always ready to help. i also appreciated the welcome drink i received upon arrival.
the gym access is through the shopping mall, this was inconvenient.

i found the staff professional at check-in , they offered a welcome drink. the room had an espresso machine, a nice touch. breakfast included a variety of fresh foods like breads, cheeses, and fruits. i appreciated the voucher for a future stay and the keepsake magnet at check-out.
the wi-fi connection was sometimes unreliable in the evenings , making it difficult to stream videos.

wow, this hotel rocks!
modern designtasty breakfastexcellent wifihelpful staff
the hotel boasts a modern design, it felt very clean, i loved the nice smell! parking in front was super convenient, and the breakfast was tasty. plus, the wifi worked really well. the staff was always ready to help, especially Evgeny and Polina, they answered every question! a big shopping center is literally across the road, that's useful and trams took me right into the city center!
the air conditioning wasn't working properly, even though it was quite warm! they said it was still off season, but it made the room a bit too hot for comfort!
