the check-in process was smooth the room had unlimited water. respectful staff provided professional assistance mohandas leo santo ibrahim were very helpful. i would return because of their kindness and efficiency.
i found the lounge access underwhelming its location was near an event space. this meant children and parents often used it. the food options were limited and repetitive which detracted from the experience.
