genuine care attentive staff
The staff showed genuine care and were very attentive. deepak provided special service at vibe, even preparing a delicious wellness green detox drink. the hotel team helped recover a lost watch. This reflects the commitment to guest service.

The room had great air conditioning. I could easily adjust the temperature. The room also featured a handy mini fridge (perfect for keeping drinks cold). The bed was large with many pillows.
The absence of towel hooks near the sink was inconvenient.

the check-in process was smooth the room had unlimited water. polite staff provided professional assistance mohandas leo santo ibrahim were very helpful. i would return because of their kindness and efficiency.
i found the lounge access underwhelming its location was near an event space. this meant children and parents often used it. the food options were limited and repetitive which detracted from the experience.
