convenient location spacious room attentive team
The location was very convenient for accessing key areas. my room was spacious and offered modern amenities. the executive lounge was a highlight with great service. I found the team attentive. i also found many restaurant choices available, which gave me options.
I noticed the check-in process was slow. Despite having several staff members present, i waited longer than expected.

Really good Service and Luxurious Comfort!
efficient staff customized stay sufficient water
The staff was super efficient!). Ms. Mallika D'Souza customized my stay and provided a room before the official check-in time. There was more than enough bottled water in the room, which I really appreciated. The hotel also provides convenient, punctual shuttle service to Mall.

I stayed in a Beautiful King Room, the bathroom and beds were excellent (very clean!). The hotel also provided all the necessities, for example, complimentary water, coffee and dates. It was tidied twice daily too!

The breakfast buffet has a huge variety of options. I thought the food quality was great at the breakfast buffet. They propose meals from around the world, there were a lot of options.

This location is in a good area, close to the main center. I found the metro to be easily accessible from the hotel. It made moving around the city very convenient.

long line slow check-in
the room was great with plenty of space.
Check-in was not smooth at all. there was a long line, and even with many staff, it moved slowly. my room card also stopped working. Getting a replacement took around 20 minutes. no one seemed available to help, and the lobby was too crowded and noisy.

Simon. He speaks in such a lovely way. He is a very warm person. Katie Freer also surprised me with sparkling wine. This was a thoughtful gesture for my anniversary.
The car service experience was terrible, sadly. The driver demanded extra money that was not discussed beforehand. This was unprofessional. I advise management to address this issue and ensure clear pricing policies.
