balanced stay
amazing staff great location missing fridge missing kettle
this location is super close to the train station. it was a short walk. the staff was amazing. they helped me buy tickets to the top of europe. i also saw the dream hill from my balcony!
the room didnt have a fridge. i wish it had a kettle too. there wasnt anywhere to sit and eat my own food without buying something.

the staff was cute, it gave us all the needed information. there is a shuttle service that the hotel manages at a reasonable price. the breakfast included a buffet with good choice.
the bathroom is too small, especially the shower area. i can hear car voices outside the street. also footsteps from other guests upstairs was loud.

mountain view friendly staff good variety
the mountain view from my room's balcony was fine. the staff were consistently friendly and helpful with directions. the breakfast buffet offered a good variety (i particularly enjoyed the fresh bread). i found the location convenient, close to both the train station and local shops.
the absence of an elevator proved challenging when carrying heavy luggage to an upper floor room.

the staff was friendly. they were responsive to my questions.
The room was too small. It felt cramped. there was also a strange smell in the corridor. the breakfast was subpar with little choice. I expected more for the price.

small room poor soundproofing
The room was smaller than i expected, i felt a bit cramped. also, the soundproofing was terrible. I could hear everything happening in the room next to me. i was kept awake by my neighbors talking and moving around. this, i expect more.
