the room was superb and very comfortable! it had a nice sitting area with a view of the everton stadium! i also enjoyed lunch at the restaurant and the fish and chips were tasty. breakfast had lots of great choices too.

I waited twenty-five minutes for two coffees one morning. the staff seemed quite slow. This was a bit frustrating.

The spa was fully booked for the entire weekend. This was a primary reason for my stay. guests should have guaranteed access to the spa considering the price of the rooms. this was quite disappointing.

The hallways were dimly lit to the point that i needed to use my phone to see the room number. the room itself was also quite dark. More lighting is necessary.
