lovely room breakfast buffet
the room was lovely and very clean. the bed was comfy. twice. i enjoyed the plentiful variety at the breakfast buffet! the spa was also cozy.
the heating was quite loud, making sleep difficult.

elemis toiletries cute manager helpful staff
I really enjoyed the Elemis toiletries provided. They was like a luxurious addition. The breakfast was also AMAZING!!! Elisabete, the desk manager, was very cute and kind. The reception and bar staff were helpful and cute.

locked control loud noise
the staff were helpful.
i WAS disappointed with the room's temperature. the room was too hot. i found the wall control for the heating pretty much locked, so i couldn't adjust it easily. the loud noise from the external heat exchangers made it IMPOSSIBLE to sleep WELL.

the location WAS great for my needs
the room was TOO small. the heating came from a plugin electric heater. i unplugged it, but there was loud noise from the external heat exchangers all night. i couldn't get any decent sleep AT all

modern gym coffee machine elegant lobby
I love the gym. It has everything i need. i also appreciate the coffee machine in the room. safe and quiet, the elemis products were a nice touch. The lobby is elegant, and i enjoyed the location. the elemis toiletries were an extra treat. I love elemis products.
the room was good, but a little too hot for me, without windows that i could open.
