the room was lovely and very clean. the bed was comfy. twice. i enjoyed the plentiful variety at the breakfast buffet! the spa was also cozy.
the heating was quite loud, making sleep difficult.

the staff were helpful.
i WAS disappointed with the room's temperature. the room was too hot. i found the wall control for the heating pretty much locked, so i couldn't adjust it easily. the loud noise from the external heat exchangers made it IMPOSSIBLE to sleep WELL.

I love the gym. It has everything i need. i also appreciate the coffee machine in the room. safe and quiet, the elemis products were a nice touch. The lobby is elegant, and i enjoyed the location. the elemis toiletries were an extra treat. I love elemis products.
the room was good, but a little too hot for me, without windows that i could open.
