the building displays a beautiful, modernised design. i found the hotel facilities amazing. the room was clean, spacious (i loved it!), and the spa area felt comfortable. the hotel's central location made it easy to reach many places.

The staff was very polite and helpful to me. The location meant I could easily walk to various places. The room had a great view, which I liked.
The music was loud until late at night. I found this to be disruptive. Corridors were noisy as well. Doors were banging, and guests talked loudly.

i found the pillows lovely, the door buzzer for the room a nice touch and the room service quite tasty.. food was of good value. i found all staff to be quite helpful here.
i did find the beds to be very firm.. it is subjective, however, i stay in many hotels and have rarely found one this firm.
