good rangeovernight parking feeworn out bathroom
the hotel's breakfast had a good range of choices also the coffee, tea, biscuits, and water in the room were good.
I wasn't happy about being charged £7 for overnight parking, i didn't see that when i booked. the bathroom was a little worn out and the cheap toiletries attached to the wall felt tacky. the restaurant meal was disappointing. One meal was almost cold and the other had inedible gristle and bone.

i found nice lounge areas perfect for meeting friends. the gym and pool were both included, such a treat. i loved the plentiful breakfast in the morning, it felt so luxurious. i also requested and received a late checkout (it made our morning very relaxed).

lovely extrasbusy bags
the staff were really pleasant! there were some lovely little extras like the towels made into an elephant on my daughter's bed. they also provided little busy bags for the kids!!!
I would have preferred a walk in shower rather than a shower over the bath. I didn't see this as an option.

the breakfast was a full buffet. i found the gym and pool facilities to be great.
i found the facilities in the bedroom and throughout the hotel to be dated. the lighting in the room was limited to bedside lamps only and there was no adequate main lighting.
