convenient location helpful staff train station humming sound bathroom ventilation poor soundproofing
the location was convenient. it was practically connected to the train station (i could see the platforms from my window!). the staff were also very helpful. they gave great directions and answered all my questions.
The bathroom ventilation made a constant humming sound. i couldn't turn it off unless i cut off the power (which wasn't ideal). also, i could hear noise from the hallway. The soundproofing wasn't great.

Really good Stay Near the Station
friendly staff convenient location modern decor comfortable bed
I found the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is very convenient, especially since it's right next to the train station. I also appreciated the modern decor. It gave the place a nice, stylish touch. The comfortable bed ensured I had restful nights (a real treat after long travel days!).
I noticed the mirrors looked a little dusty.

Reception staff showed great humour and provided really good assistance. The breakfast team was consistently helpful and attentive, ensuring everyone had what they needed. Staff replaced bedding late at night because of my allergies to feathers (a very nice gesture!).

The hotel is next to Lime Street Station. It makes travel easy. It's a short walk to the city centre (which is perfect for exploring). The convenience for both arriving and departing was a major plus.

constant humming unwelcoming staff
i had some issues . the bathroom ventilation made a constant humming noise i could not turn off without cutting the electricity to the whole room (i'm from germany, where we value quiet). it made sleeping quite difficult. also, the staff at the entrance seemed unwelcoming, almost as if they did not want to be there.

convenient location modern room friendly staff
i found the hotel's location convenient, right next to the train station. the room was modern, clean, and ready early, a real plus after a long journey. the staff were lovely and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or requests.
the air conditioning in the room seemed to switch off during the night, every night. it was quite disruptive to my sleep and there was no offer of alternative pillows to improve my comfort.

the location was very convenient. it was physically close to the train station. staff opened the door directly into the station when i left from the bar, i appreciate this service.

check-in system different pillows
The hotel is near the station. The express bus to anfield is almost opposite the hotel.
The check-in system seemed like a complete joke. It never works. I asked about DIFFERENT pillows, but it was like I was speaking another language. The aircon decided to go on VACATION every night.
