My room had really great beds. comfy pillows! airport shuttle was super efficient. the driver was friendly too.. gluten-free breakfast wasn't a problem. The hotel fully accommodated.
i noticed one pillow looked like it contained tennis balls.

Totally Awesome Stay!
spacious rooms
I found really spacious, clean rooms. The beds included comfortable mattresses and pillows. the restaurant and bar are really nice, offering excellent food and drinks. the hotel staff were very cute and polite.. i felt so at home!
the disabled parking spots were unavailable because of a delivery. no accessible shuttle to the airport was organized.

the hotel's location allowed very quick access to the airport terminals. taxis were readily available outside the main entrance at any time.

i noticed the reception staff provided quick and efficient check-in and check-out services. the concierge was always ready to assist with luggage and transportation needs.

I was grateful for the friendly service i received in the aviators bar. Oisin was amazing. the pulled pork bap was delicious and arrived quickly. the proximity to the airport made it very convenient for my early flight. i also found the room to be quiet which allowed me to sleep well.
i found this somewhat frustrating after a long day of travel. Some signage would help

The room had good soundproofing. large bottles of shower gel were available and shampoo. a well-stocked amenity tray was provided. It had bottles of water, too. plenty of towels were provided.

The location is ideal if you have an early flight. the hotel provides a free, regular shuttle bus between all terminals. it runs almost 24 hours. This is really convenient if you are travelling.

The hotel offers electronic check-out via machines in the lobby. you drop the keycard in a box when you are done. the aviators bar provides good service. I found the experience pleasant overall.
