convenient spot near the station
fantastic locationsimple roomnew foodfound hair
the location was fantastic being so close to the train station. the room was simple but had everything needed for a short stay. the breakfast was quite plentiful with lots of options. there was always new food put out.
i found hairs on the toilet and towels which wasn't great. the overall vibe of the room wasn't cute. i was disappointed as the amount i paid did not justify the room.

the staff welcomed me nicely on arrival. my room was well-kept and perfect for my travel solo. the breakfast had nice continental options. location is GREAT next to piccadilly station.
my room desk top was very small. i would say that the room was really only ideal for a one or two night stay if you are on working business.

the staff where friendly and helpful i think. the location is near the station, i liked that. the bed was very comfy too and i got a good nights sleep so i feel good.
the coffee was not good, so sad. no drinking water was provided in the room. there weren't glasses either. i would like to have some glasses.

The room lacked soundproofing, leading to considerable noise intrusion from the adjacent avenue. This impacted sleep quality. the price seemed excessive given the hotel's basic amenities. I paid a high rate without breakfast. the absence of a minibar and other standard facilities was disappointing.
