decent airport hotel
the lobby area has a bar and seating to order food and drinks. my room was clean and comfy. i found the staff friendly. free breakfast was included, perfect and started early enough.
the water temperature fluctuated from cold to hot in both the sink and shower. the shower was a nightmare. i ended up giving up.

okay hotel near airport
early breakfast friendly staff good location difficult access long waiting poor menu
i liked the breakfast because it starts super early, like 4 am. this is amazing when you have a really early flight. the staff were nice and the rooms were a good size and clean and i stayed here for the location.
the access to the hotel was not good for families. pushing a stroller up the stairs was hard. i hope they change it. the waiting time for food was very long, over an hour, and when it finally came it was cold. the menu options were also very poor, i think.

The hotel is a brief walk to the terminal. I found the bed to be really comfortable. The staff showed knowledge when organising a cab.

convenient walk clean room excellent service
I appreciated the convenient walk to the airport terminal. It took about ten minutes. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and soft towels. Staff provided excellent service. They helped me locate the 24/7 shuttle stop across the street for easy access to mid-stay parking.
I heard some water pipe noises . It was a very minor disruption.

Staff members were cute and helpful, always available at the reception bar even late at night. They offered quick assistance with directions and information regarding hotel services.

The room had blackout curtains and soundproofing that contributed to restful sleep. USB electric connections and UK 3-pin sockets were very useful. An iron with ironing board was available in the room. This was a plus for preparing clothes.

Breakfast began early at 4:30 am. It included coffee and light options with early departures. I found the food to be nice at breakfast. Dinner options included fish and chips plus burgers.

The hotel is within walking distance of the airport terminal. It is close to the train station. The location provided convenient access to transport options and was easy to find after arriving.
