i liked the breakfast because it starts super early, like 4 am. this is amazing when you have a really early flight. the staff were nice and the rooms were a good size and clean and i stayed here for the location.

the access to the hotel was not good for families. pushing a stroller up the stairs was hard. i hope they change it. the waiting time for food was very long, over an hour, and when it finally came it was cold. the menu options were also very poor, i think.

I appreciated the convenient walk to the airport terminal. It took about ten minutes. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and soft towels. Staff provided excellent service. They helped me locate the 24/7 shuttle stop across the street for easy access to mid-stay parking.

I heard some water pipe noises . It was a very minor disruption.

The room had blackout curtains and soundproofing that contributed to restful sleep. USB electric connections and UK 3-pin sockets were very useful. An iron with ironing board was available in the room. This was a plus for preparing clothes.

The hotel is very close to the airport and very convenient. Breakfast offered a big choice and was a good start for the day. It was welcome that breakfast was included. Staff provided a travel cot for my baby. This was a great help.

The food in the bar was not good. It was of really poor quality and on the cold side. The TV pixelated a lot. Access to the hotel from the airport with heavy cases was difficult.
