reasonable stay and some issues
striking views excellent breakfast busy beaches private events
the location is beautiful with striking views i loved the upstairs bedroom it was so peaceful and serene. breakfast had an excellent choice the staff was always eager to help in any way they could.
the beaches were very busy with many boats and visitors arriving i think tourism has increased since the resort was built. the hotel also held private events this took away amenities from us paying guests an evening wedding reception disturbed guests.

private beaches amazing staff delicious food lovely pool
i enjoyed the private beaches. the hotel offered several activities. the sunset dinner at the grotto was amazing. the staff were amazing too. the restaurant food was delicious. the pool area was lovely. the beaches were amazing. i will recommend this location.
i found some services at the hotel overpriced for what they offer.

small insects rude waiter
The pavilion 324 was very nice. Room service was perfect every day.
I found some small insects on the bed, which i did not like. the tall, slim waiter at the grotto restaurant was very rude. He frowned. the waiter's bad attitude ruined the dinner.

fine grounds huge pool excellent restaurants busy beaches unlocked gate average food
The grounds were fine. There was calm and serenity, including a huge pool, gym, and tennis courts. The restaurants were all excellent. I particularly enjoyed the Thai restaurant. Sunsets were amazing. Views of the area from the pool were amazing.
The beaches were busy. The villa gate to the beach did not lock. There were times when people from the beach wandered into the villa. I was disappointed with the food at all of the hotel restaurants.
