I found the staff helpful, especially Fatima in housekeeping. She ensured our room was very clean and smelled good all the time. She changed our towels every day, GREAT hospitality.

The breakfast did include many options, but some items seemed stale. I found several ants near the pastries. This was not ideal. The staff seemed short-handed as requests took a while. For example, I requested an extra towel and waited over an hour for it! the air conditioning barely worked. The room remained warm even when set to the lowest temperature.
